What to Expect During Placement Readiness Prep:

During the PRP, you will complete three key components designed to make you fully client-ready:

1. Real Estate VA & ISA Live Training: An interactive session covering real estate workflows, client communication standards, lead generation, and cold-calling best practices.

2. Client Interview Preparation: A practical workshop featuring mock interviews and profile reviews to refine your communication and help you win client placements.

3. Work Tools Tech Test: A system check to verify that your workstation meets client standards, including a computer with at least 8GB RAM and an i5 processor, a 25 Mbps internet connection with a backup, a noise-canceling headset, a good webcam, and a quiet workspace.

Note: Check your email for the "Important Reminders and Files for Your Placement Readiness Prep." Before the session, please test your webcam, headset, and microphone to ensure a smooth technical check. Once finished, your profile will be officially endorsed to our clients for hiring.
